Project Manager

Kamalei von Meister has a Bachelor’s in Advertising with a Minor in Art.
During COVID, he renovated chalets in the Swiss Alps, which are now thriving Airbnb rentals. This experience sparked his curiosity for construction.

Through his passion for art, Kamalei has developed a keen eye for detail. Combined with his marketing background, he is particularly interested in the subconscious effects that space, color, and nature have on an individual’s experience of a surrounding.

For Kamalei, home is first and foremost a feeling—and then a space.

DIMITRI
Financial Analyst & Client Relations

Dimitri has built a successful career in real estate with Engel & Völkers in
Switzerland. Now, he is turning his attention to construction and focusing his
efforts here in Mexico.

Born into a multicultural family, he is fluent in French,
Spanish, and English. His intuitive charisma and deep understanding of different
cultures enable Dimitri to meet his clients’ needs while fostering personal
relationships that extend beyond the office walls with many of them.

Architect & Legal Representative

Coming from a well-known family of Architects and Interior designers, Caio Castellini’s background includes extensive familiarity with neoclassical and Moorish architecture striving to combine classic with Contemporary designs.

Caio has a bachelor’s degree in Political science and has a personal interest in staying up to date with the socioeconomic legislations and market trends of the area.

Head architect at Mattera, Ernesto Vinatier has a long list of projects in commercial, industrial and residential real estate.
